Ms. Grace Harding is an Associate Attorney/law and motion expert with McCready Law Group.
Ms. Harding always knew she had a passion for law and a will to instill positive changes in our criminal justice system. Ms. Harding was a theater/performing arts major at University of California, Irvine. After receiving her bachelor’s degree, she decided to go to law school with the goal of being a catalyst for social change in the way that the accused are treated by the criminal justice system. Grace attended University of La Verne College of Law, a law school ranked among the top 10 law schools for student diversity. While in law school, Grace found her love for advocating for others, as well as a need to further restorative justice within our legal system. She was awarded La Verne Law’s Heart of Justice/Ethics Award by her peers.
Grace is a fiercely passionate advocate for the falsely accused. Prior to coming to McCready Law Group she worked for Orange County where she found a home in criminal defense. Since then, she has handled numerous DUI cases, domestic violence cases, assault cases, and property crimes cases and has been successful in getting diversion for her clients in Orange County, Los Angeles County, and other locales. Since joining the McCready Law Group, she has written and argued several successful motions which resulted in dismissals and diversion for her clients. She has also argued motions to suppress evidence under Section 1538.5(a) of the California Penal Code. She has written several motions for Pitchess discovery (for evidence of police officer misconduct) under the California Evidence Code. She has appeared in Newport Beach, Westminster, Fullerton, Long Beach, Bellflower, Victorville, Riverside, and Santa Ana.
When not working, she enjoys reading books and attending concerts.
